Roosters Brewing Company and Beehive Cheese Company are partnering for the fourth annual “Birds, Bees and Bones,” cheese, food and micro-brew pairing to benefit Utah’s first Ronald McDonald Family Room™ at Ogden Regional Medical Center. We are proud to welcome new partner, Soul & Bones. This unique collaboration between the companies will bring the community together with cheese, micro-brewed drinks, food and live music for an important cause.
During the event, guests can sample hand-crafted cheese from Cheesemaker Tim Welsh and micro-brewed beers and sodas from Brewmaster Steve Kirkland. Roosters’ chef and owner Pete Buttschardt and John Deermin chef and owner of Soul and Bones BBQ will put it all together to create culinary satisfaction using Beehive Cheeses. These food and drink artisans will be on hand to answer questions regarding cheese, beverage making and food pairings.
