There are so many talented passionate people in our community that come together to create such an awesome synergy, the end results are some very special happenings. It makes our communities THE BEST place to live, play and do business. This page is dedicated to those Roosters friends and their events that do just that.  At Roosters we are out there volunteering, participating and spectating. We frequently show the Roosters love and extra support to many happenings in our community. What can we say? The events in our community are a large part of our Roosters DNA. The Hooster

The Hooster is back! Visit the Hooster, with 61 of his colorful friends on display downtown.  The display is part of the 77th annual Ogden Pioneer Days. Come stop by and check it out. For more fun events visit ogdenpioneerdays.com

 Hurt in the Dirt

Our good friends at the Get Out and Live Foundation present “Hurt in the Dirt” at Ogden’s historic Fort Buenaventura on July 31 at 5 pm. The crazy off-road duathlon is a twisted course that will have you running 8 miles and biking 20. When the whole course has been swept clean, we will be providing some liquid love and recovery at the Fort. Worldwide on 25

A brand new event we want to get on your calendar is the 1st Annual ‘Worldwide on 25′ on Tuesday, August 3 on Historic 25th Street in Ogden. The Roosters crew is helping put this together and the festivities are going to be amazing.  We are closing down the street and inviting 26 local restaurants to join us and provide international, dance and archery. More than 240 international folk dancers teaching their native dance and song and elite archery champions (including the US Archery Team) representing more than 35 different countries will be downtown for a cultural celebration. It will all be in conjunction with The Archery World Cup in Ogden August 3-7. Don’t miss it!   

2010 Archery World Cup

We are proud to be supporting sponsors of the Archery World Cup coming to Ogden from August 3-7th. To honor our international guests, Steve brewed a delicious Pilsner beer, and we held a contest on Facebook to name the beer. Congratulations to Lesley Johnstun who named the beer and won the Roosters $50 gift card and World Cup Archery Swag. You should enjoy an ‘Archer’s Paradox Pilsner’ as well as the finals at Lindquist Field on Saturday, August 7th. The world class event is free to the public. www.ogdenwc.com

 WOW! Way out West Music Festival

Snowbasin presents the Way Out West (WOW!) Music Festival on August 7th and 8th.   This two-day show features renowned artists such as Dwight Yoakam and Dave Mason. Many others will perform. Check out this fun time in the mountains with exceptional talent. Visit www.snowbasin.com

 Ogden Nature Center Concert Series

 Family Movie at the Ogden Amphitheater
